Booking & Cancellations
Please read our policy before booking
- bookings -
Reservations are taken up to 90 days in advance.
You can book online for Restaurant reservations of up to 6 people and Living Room reservations of up to 8 people. Please be aware that you will need to provide a card number for all bookings.
Reception is open for all bookings and enquiries on 0121 212 9799 option 1 from 10am to 6pm Tuesday to Friday and from 4pm to 6.30pm on Saturdays. A voicemail facility is available if your call cannot be answered or you are calling out of hours. Please note, if you leave a message on a Sunday or Monday, your call will be returned on Tuesday.
- cancellations -
For a table of up to 6 diners we require 24 hours notice for cancellation. For a table of 7 or more guests we require 48 hours notice for cancellation. In all cases we require at least 2 hours notice for any amendment to your booking.
If there are any cancellations or amendments outside of these timescales there will be a cancellation fee charged of £45.00 per person.
It is essential that we are notified of any dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant.
We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation. Where this is not the case, the time that you are seated will depend entirely on availability. Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate guests arriving after 1.45pm for lunch and 9.30pm for dinner.
