Barbecued octopus - crispy rice noodles - dried enoki - mango, mouli and miso - sweet and sour bisque
Brixham cod with wild mushrooms - potato crisp - chicken juices
Purnell's Peking duck breast - almond satay - ponzu - vegetable noodles
Rhubarb and apple tart - hazelnut crumble - red delicious apple sorbet - tarragon
Plate of British cheeses – crackers (£4.00 supplement or £6.50 per portion, extra course)
Lunch menu available from Tuesday to Friday from noon until 1.30pm
